Mr. Popkin is an Associate of The Boyd Law Group, PLLC and has been with the firm since May 2022. He has had experience working with both employees and employers regarding employment, labor, and education related claims.
Mr. Popkin graduated cum laude from New York Law School where he was a member of the Sports Law Society. He is an avid sports fan who particularly enjoys evaluating the intersection of labor and sports issues while also writing for the Conduct Detrimental Blog which focuses on sports law and fans. Mr. Popkin also graduated cum laude from the University of Florida where he got his degree in Business Administration-Management and a minor in Real Estate.
Mr. Popkin is originally from Boca Raton, Florida, and now resides in New York City.
